Postage & Delivery
Standard postage cost for most items is £3.99.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Express Delivery
Orders for candles, embroidered and engraved products received before 12pm can be despatched the same day at a cost of £9.95 for a guaranteed next day delivery.
Ceramic and decorated glass items can be despatched within 3-5 working days at a cost of £9.95 including a special delivery charge.
Please note that most items require a signature for delivery.
Returns:
We hope you will be happy with your gift but if it has been personalised incorrectly or there is a quality issue please inform us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it immediately. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note that all personalised products will be personalised with the exact information provided so please ensure that it is correct before processing the order as we cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes made by the customer.
